The third floor, currently used as the owner's quarters, has two office spaces, a bedroom with a giant closet and a full bath across the hall. There is the potential here for the expansion of this space for additional guest accommodation.

Attached to the back of the main house is the section of the home originally built in 1771. Accessible from the first floor this two bedroom, two bath unit has it's own separate outside entrance.
