Guests can come by car, boat, bicycle (we are locate on the Northern Tier Bicycle route and the Seaway Trail).
We also have an 85 seat restaurant with a fabulous waterfront deck for dining and a large commercial kitchen suitable for running not only the restaurant but catering or baking as well.
The owners apartment is spacious and comfortable and has incredible views of the water from every room.
The building has 8,000 sq. ft. on 3 floors as well as a 1200 sq. ft. basement. Every system has been upgraded, we are on village water and sewer.
We have run a successful business here for 12 years and although we only operate for half the year and then go south for the winter, the building is fully capable of being lived in and operated year round.
The village of Fair Haven offers shopping, restaurants, a great State Park, lots of hiking trails, great access to any water activities, great fishing, sailing, canoe or kayaking, swimming or just watching the water.
