Dreamcatcher Bed and Breakfast is comprised of three buildings. The circa 1943 Main Inn includes the owner’s quarters, with one bedroom, one bath, separate living room, and a dedicated office space. This area connects to the Inn’s purpose-designed laundry room, which functions as owner and staff space, and leads to the owner’s exterior deck and a large private backyard with vegetable garden, an expansive storage shed, and room for development.
The main building also houses three of the Inn’s more luxurious rooms, including a two-bedroom suite with adjoining bathroom. There are two separate “casita” buildings just beyond the Main Inn, each with two well designed guest rooms, bringing the total number of rooms to seven. Most guest rooms look out to the Inn’s well landscaped grounds and mature gardens, which are a natural gathering place in the warmer months. Current owners have enhanced this space in recent years, improving the pathways, adding a wood burning fire pit, a separate/private deck space, and generally improving the exterior property.
While the Inn sits on .75 acres, there is ample undeveloped land that could be utilized for additional exterior common areas, enhanced owner’s quarters, spa facilities, amenities, and beyond. While the Inn is a viable operation with 7 rooms, the addition of one or two units could provide a strong opportunity to incoming owners.
