The main floor has a lovely lounge and large dining room for guests, a charming and cozy sitting room at the back of the Inn and the kitchen area for the innkeepers.
The Cottage at the far end of the property contains a 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom owners quarters and also houses 2 additional guest rooms on the second floor. In addition, there is a 2 car garage with room for your cars, storage or could be used for future growth of the business.
The Lancaster has consistently held the number 1 position in the area on TripAdvisor with five star reviews and a Top 25 for Inns in America with them as well.

Lancaster hosts over 8 million visitors a year, and The Lancaster Bed & Breakfast consistently ranks in the number 1 position on Trip Advisor for B&Bs as well as in the Top 25 Inns in America. The innkeepers have updated and improved the property (including capturing the name The Lancaster!) to afford this great distinction in the area. The current owners have done a marvelous job improving the property for the guests and themselves. Business is strong, but can easily be increased as the current owners choose to take time off on a regular basis. And, the garage, has well developed alternate plans as a cooking school for an additional revenue stream (but your choice to determine its best use for your needs).
