The Prospect Historic Hotel is an Oregon Icon. It has been a part of the economic and social fabric of Oregon’s history since the beginning. As the only lodging and dining establishment for many years along the Upper Rogue for travelers visiting Crater Lake it catered to such notable guests as Jack London, Teddy Roosevelt, Zane Grey, William J Bryant, John Muir and many more.
